Something exceptional is currently being built in our production halls — TURBO MAX 1000, an in-house technology developed by MATTRA Group that sets new standards in industrial paraffin processing.
This is not an ordinary furnace. It is a machine designed for the most demanding processes faced by modern paraffin insert production. Construction work is already at an advanced stage — all key components are being assembled with the precision required for this type of installation. The plan is to complete the build within approximately one month.
WHAT MAKES TURBO MAX 1000 STAND OUT?
➡ Operating temperature range: 40–90°C
The system ensures full thermal stability — both for standard paraffins and imported Asian materials that require special technological supervision.
➡ Capacity: 4 m³/h
This means we can process an entire container of paraffin in just 5 working hours. This performance level meets the demands of modern large-scale production.
➡ Thermal energy recovery
The integrated heat recovery system significantly reduces operating costs — heat generated during the heating process is not wasted, but reused within the installation.
➡ Chilled water cooling
Thanks to an advanced cooling system, the quality of the pouring compound reaches an entirely new level — full clarity, optimal density, and consistent repeatability.
➡ Compliance with 5th class furnace standards
TURBO MAX 1000 meets all current emission and energy efficiency regulations. It is a future-ready solution available today.
TECHNOLOGY BUILT FOR REAL INDUSTRIAL NEEDS
Every component of TURBO MAX 1000 has been designed and implemented with real industry challenges in mind. We are not building a machine “for sale” — we are developing technology that will become an integral part of our own production ecosystem.
It is precisely through projects like this that MATTRA Group continues to grow as a leader in innovative chemical process technologies. And although the final assembly and commissioning phase is still ahead of us, we can already see that this will be a major milestone in our infrastructure development.
WHAT’S NEXT?
Completion of the furnace is scheduled for August 2025. We are already testing components, launching control systems, and refining critical details that will determine the reliability of this solution in real-world operation.
We will keep you updated on the next stages of construction. Follow our news — because this is just the beginning of a new generation of industrial performance.
