At MATTRA Polska Sp. z o.o., we have launched a key investment — the construction of a new technological production line for grave lamp inserts and candles, designed to meet growing market demands and allow us to achieve full operational independence.
MODERN PARAFFIN PROCESSING LINE — A KEY ELEMENT OF PRODUCTION
The production of candles and paraffin inserts requires not only high-quality raw materials, but above all a properly engineered technological process. That is why our new line includes:
Paraffin furnaces with heat recovery systems, enabling energy reuse and fuel savings,
Technological tanks with mixing systems and automatic heating,
Chilled water cooling systems that ensure optimal temperature for pouring compound formation,
Precision dosing and pouring stations with flow and temperature control,
Integrated level, temperature, and pressure sensors ensuring full production quality control.
TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE — THE FOUNDATION OF RELIABILITY
In addition to machinery, we are also investing in comprehensive infrastructure supporting the production line. This infrastructure includes:
Load-bearing structures and frames made of powder-coated steel or stainless steel,
High-power electrical installations with industrial-grade protection systems,
Ventilation systems and technical vapor extraction units,
IT and automation infrastructure — PLC controllers, HMI panels, sensors, and industrial networks.
Thanks to this expansion, we are gaining not only higher processing capacity, but also greater stability and full control over every stage of production — from raw material to finished product.
