Autumn is approaching fast, which means the most intensive period of the year is beginning in the grave lamp insert production industry. Everything must operate perfectly, because before November 1st every hour and every production batch counts. That is why the final work on our new paraffin furnace — the heart of the entire process — is currently underway in our production hall.

Why are the furnace and temperature control so important?

Grave lamp insert production may seem simple at first glance, but in reality it requires extreme precision. The most critical factor is the correct paraffin temperature, which directly determines the quality of the final mixture. If the paraffin is too cold, it will not melt properly or combine with additives, and the system will not be able to dose the pouring compound correctly. On the other hand, overheating causes the material to lose its properties and may lead to wick deformation, damage to insert tubes, and pouring defects.

The optimal temperature ensures that paraffin reaches the perfect consistency for filling grave lamp tubes, allowing each insert to be uniform, stable, and ready for long, even burning. This is what guarantees that when a customer lights a candle on a loved one’s grave on November 1st, the flame will burn calmly and reliably for a long time.

The construction of our new paraffin furnace is not only an investment in productivity, but above all in quality and production consistency. We are currently completing the final adjustments — the structure is fully welded, components are installed, and initial tests show that everything is operating at full performance.
